By accessing and using the Kvemess platform located at Dame Street 845, Belfast, Ireland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Kvemess regarding your use of our digital services, creative tools, and distributed content.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any revisions made to these terms, which may be updated periodically without prior notification to users.

2. User Responsibilities

Users of Kvemess must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches via email at info@kvemess.com.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Kvemess platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, are the exclusive property of Kvemess and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Kvemess" name and logo are registered trademarks.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools. However, by uploading or creating content, you grant Kvemess a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain features of our service may require payment. All fees are quoted in Euro (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued solely at Kvemess's discretion and in accordance with Irish consumer protection regulations. Charges for completed services or delivered digital products are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kvemess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kvemess in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Kvemess reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may also remove or discard any content you have uploaded to the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Belfast, Ireland.
